Cranberry Orange Scones
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups gluten free flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Real Salt
- ½ cup Organic butter grated
- 3 Tbsp Honey melted
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp orange rind zest 4 large oranges
- ⅔ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup fresh or dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, orange rind, and honey together. Stir in butter and cranberries. Stir in all liquids until just mixed. Scoop out and pat into rounds on baking sheet. Makes 9. Bake for 14 – 16 minutes.

Notes
Note: If you want to swap out the cranberry / orange juice / orange rind, just swap one for one. Nut or oat milk for orange juice. Any spices you want for the rind. And any sweetness for the cranberries.
