Options
Add chicken or tuna for added protein
Replace apricots with cranberries or other dried fruit
Replace or mix seeds – sesame
sunflower, chia, etc.
Replace Gouda with Feta or Goat Cheese
Add cayenne to dressing
Add Dijon mustard to dressing
Add chopped nuts
Instructions
Whisk dressing ingredients together. Build salad as desired. Add dressing right before serving.
